We are seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at a regulated manufacturing facility. This role serves as the site Quality leader and Quality Management Representative, with full accountability for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 13485.

This opportunity is best suited for a detail-oriented, proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being embedded in operations, and is motivated to build and sustain a strong quality culture.

This is not a desk-based role—the successful candidate will be highly visible on the production floor, working closely with operations to ensure quality standards, regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives are consistently met.

What makes you the best fit for the role:

  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Quality Manager or senior quality leadership role within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in regulated industries such as medical devices or high-volume manufacturing is strongly preferred
  • You have direct responsibility for leading quality teams on the plant floor.
  • You have strong, hands-on experience with ISO 13485 (this experience is non-negotiable).
  • post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience working collaboratively with other departments, upper level leadership, and customers.
  • You have led internal, customer, and third-party audits

Additional Assets you bring to the role:

  • Strong understanding of QMS systems including CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • ERP/ SAP experience
  • You are confident influencing cross-functional teams, holding employees accountable, and driving measurable improvements in quality performance.
  • Six Sigma experience
