Full-time Quality Manager needed in the Reading, PA Manager

CDP Solutions has been retained to find a talented Quality Manager for a rapidly growing manufacturing company. One of their flagship operations is located in the Reading, PA market. Job Functions:

• Oversee and manage ISO 9001 quality standards
• Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems
• Internal audits of the system and work with personnel to improve processes
• Manage the quality department’s KPI’s & report monthly to the executive leadership team. 5 direct reports and 20 indirect reports
• Provide leadership, training, coaching to department staff
• Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools
• Manager the corrective action and nonconformance processes
• Develop, analyze statistical data & product specs to determine standards
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Interact with customers at the plant

Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 plus bonus

Total compensation range $145,000 - $165,000
