We are conducting an executive search for a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System for a growing hospice organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's Quality Management System
• Monitor quality, clinical, operational, and patient experience indicators
• Develop and manage performance improvement initiatives
• Analyze trends, identify gaps, and coordinate corrective actions
• Supervise Quality Officers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Prepare quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership
• Coordinate quality reviews, audits, and regulatory readiness activities
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient safety

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Quality, Performance Improvement, Clinical Operations, or related areas
• Experience managing quality indicators, KPIs, audits, and improvement initiatives
• Background in hospice, home health, hospitals, managed care, or other regulated healthcare environments
• Leadership experience supervising teams and collaborating with multiple departments
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base Salary: $54,000 annually
🚗 Car Allowance: $450 per month

📍 Location: Juana Díaz, Puerto Rico

Travel throughout service areas required.
