Quality Inspector

Duties & Responsibilities (First and third shift):

Will familiarize yourself with engineering drawings for the purpose of performing necessary inspections.
Will study dimensions of in-process and final products.
Confirm abidance with established quality standards and required customer specifications.
Hold an experience base involving the usage of Spectrometers, X-rays, Gauges, & Calipers
Troubleshoot quality issues.
Conduct process and/or product audits.
One to ten (1-10) years of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment.
Identify and control the disposition of defective materials.

Education and Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (technical school certificate or Associate degree is a plus).
Solid computer skills (network, Microsoft Office).
Background utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) a plus.
