Join a leading electronics manufacturer in South Ventura County producing high-quality products for industrial and automation markets. This hands-on quality role partners engineering, manufacturing, and customers to drive continuous improvement and maintain rigorous compliance standards.

What You'll Do

• Act as liaison between the company and customers on technical and quality-related issues
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards and performance metrics
• Apply 8D corrective action methodology to investigate and resolve product and production issues
• Perform and participate in internal audits; maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance
• Provide IPC training and refereeing (IPC-600, IPC-610, J-STD-001)
• Control records, non-conforming materials, and calibration schedules
• Collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, customers, and management on continuous improvement initiatives

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or technical field
• 3+ years of industrial manufacturing experience; high-volume or automation environment preferred
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, IPC-600, IPC-610, J-STD-001
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Experience with quality documentation, process flow charts, component approval processes, and ensuring adherence to specifications and requirements.
