• Responsibilities Include:

  • Use statistical and root cause analysis methodologies to sustainably improve the quality of products and processes at all facilities
  • Implement standardized processes for insuring lessons learned sharing across global production footprint
  • Work with Operational Excellence (OPEX) teams to implement mid to large scale projects aimed at improving product quality and process stability
  • Support the management of change (MOC) process with close collaboration with customers, and internal stake holders
  • Support new product launches, capacity expansion, and other strategic initiatives to insure the highest level of product quality is maintained
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management to support various quality and continuous improvement initiatives

  Qualifications:

  • B.S in an Engineering discipline. Other technical degrees will be considered with relevant professional experience in the use of Quality tools
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong complaint resolution experience with OEM or Tier 1 customers
  • Experience with the creation or implementation of global procedures
  • Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred) with strong history of driving projects to successful closure
  • CQE or equivalent certification preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent software package
  • Background in working in TS16949 or IATF 169494 quality system or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to travel - domestic and international- as needed to support business requirements
  • Travel requirement: 20-40% including possibility of international travel
