Quality Engineer

To co-ordinate with internal departments of the company/quality
related issues
 To prepare new inspection plans
 To carry out in process inspections
 To carry out final inspections
 Prepare FAIR packs in line with AS9102 and customer requirements
 Attend internal Quality meetings as required
 To be responsible for completion of First Article Inspection Reports
 To organise and participate in the correct filing of Quality documents in
the appropriate locations
 To be instrumental in continuous improvements
 To release products on EFACS and to raise release documents
 Responsible for checking skill matrices before allocating tasks to
employees.

Education:
BE in Mech or Aeronautics (With 3 years’ Experience Min)
Indicative Years of Experience Required:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field.

 Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
 To be experienced in all aspects of inspection methods in the
aerospace sector
 To have good analytical skills
 IT skills to include Microsoft Office(excel,word,powerpoint),EFACS
 Knowledge of AS9100 standard
 Knowledge of First Article Inspection per AS9102
 Final Inspection of Parts
 Preparation of Quality Plans
 Good Knowledge of GD&T
 Acquire enhanced inspection skills
 To be able to read & interpret engineering drawings
 To have good communication skills
 Basic Awareness on EMS, ERT, First Aid, Applicable OCP’s
