Location: San Gabriel Valley
Schedule: 4/10 Workweek (4 days/week, 10-hour shifts)
Salary Range: $88,000 - $117,000
Join a leading aerospace manufacturer as a Quality Engineer II and play a key role in ensuring product and process excellence.
We’re seeking a driven Quality Engineer with a strong background in aerospace manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement. You’ll help shape and enforce quality standards, support compliance with government and industry regulations, and drive process improvements across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality plans, procedures, and control processes

Translate customer and regulatory requirements into work instructions and quality plans

Conduct failure investigations and lead root cause/corrective action (RCCA) efforts

Support MRB processes and review/approve engineering drawings per GD&T (ANSI/ASME Y14.5M-2009)

Review material certifications, test reports, inspection data, and supplier documentation

Ensure proper flow-down of customer quality requirements to suppliers

Participate in internal audits and assist with external audits
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline

Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment

Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards

Familiarity with government contract requirements

Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications, including GD&T

Strong understanding of inspection methods and quality assurance tools
Additional Information:
This position offers a standard 4/10 schedule. Flexibility is a plus—there may be occasional needs to work Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays on an as-needed basis during certain project phases.
