Summary:

This position reports to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for quality assurance throughout the manufacturing process. Here’s your chance to influence the quality of products based on company and customer quality requirements.

Essential Job Functions:

• Maintain a technical understanding of all products, processes, and agency requirements.
• Ensure product is designed, procured, and built, in accordance with the company and customer quality requirements.
• Develop control plans and process/product inspection requirements to create and maintain appropriate levels of control and help establish acceptance criteria.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding product quality. Recognize and identify areas of potential risk.
• Initiate root cause analysis and drives the corrective action process.
• Participate in internal audit program and assist with maintaining ISO-9001 standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant quality work experience in manufacturing.
• Previous manufacturing experience
• Proven root cause analysis and problem-solving skills using Six Sigma.
