About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a large, fully integrated poultry producer with a strong reputation for quality, food safety, and customer service. This site was recently acquired and has already seen meaningful investment, making it an exciting time to join the organization. This is a newly created Complex QA Manager role supporting both fresh and fully cooked operations. It’s a strong opportunity for someone who wants visibility, customer interaction, and the chance to make an immediate impact at a large, high-profile site.

What You’ll Do

You’ll lead QA efforts across a two-plant campus producing fresh, RTE, and breaded poultry products. The complex runs 24/7 on two shifts, so this role is important to keeping quality systems strong across both operations. Key priorities include improving team efficiency, supporting training and mentoring, reviewing swabbing practices, and identifying quick-win opportunities. This role also works directly with customers and partners closely with operations to improve plant performance while protecting quality and food safety standards.

You’re a strong critical thinker who can lead confidently in a plant environment and work well with operations. You know how to build relationships, communicate clearly, and hold the line on quality when needed. You’re also comfortable in a visible, customer-facing role and can use data to help drive better decisions and stronger team performance.

Preferred Experience & Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 5+ years of management experience
• Poultry experience strongly preferred
• Beef or pork experience may also be considered
• RTE experience preferred
• Experience with GFSI and BRC programs
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Experience training, mentoring, and developing teams
• Comfortable in a data-driven environment
