Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Northwest Ohio

Summary

CDP Solutions has been retained to identify a Quality Assurance Manager for our client located in Northwest, OH. The Quality Assurance Manager must be a visible leader and active participant in driving zero injuries. It is expected that the Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for engaging all team members, while improving customer satisfaction, process controls, and reduction in waste. The Quality Assurance Manager will have 5 total reports (Quality Engineers).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned that pertain to this classification.

• Be a visible example of safety leadership
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools and methodology in the implementation of manufacturing excellence initiatives
• Trouble shoot process issues with an eye toward systematic improvements.
• Train staff

Education / Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in quality
• Proven track record and working knowledge in manufacturing industry.

Knowledge:

• Quality- Quality System at expert level
• Lean / Continuous Improvement - Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control, Six sigma
• Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000

Bonus: $10,000 - $15,000

Annual Compensation: $140,000 - $155,000
