Job Description

We're working with a well known pork company to target a QA Director who will lead a team responsible for ensuring the maintenance and delivery of high-quality, consistent and on-spec food products for customers and consumers for one facility. Reporting to the COO, this person will help create a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and food safety; successfully coach and mentor their team and create development plans; and be able to develop successfully develop relationships with internal stakeholders, external customers, outside agencies and auditors at any level.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of food safety and/or quality experience in a food manufacturing environment
  • BRC & SQF experience, preferred
  • Previous experience with pork, preferred
  • Proven leadership and employee development skills
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
