Position Overview

To perform incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection in accordance with Work Instructions, Drawings, Parts Lists, Wiring lists and Workmanship Standards. The QC inspector shall support team in ensuring that the deliveries will conform to customer and company expectations and to all other relevant obligations.

What you will achieve in this role:

- Inspects and classifies hardware products.
- Records inspection results of hardware, sign Certificate Of Compliance and creates Non-Conformance Reports where require.
- Liaison with other departments and projects over findings.
- Maintains lot traceability.
- Assists in expediting required hardware rework (e.g. Product Serial Number).
- Logs hardware products' serial numbers.
- Files Quality records as appropriate.
- Update specifications, drawings and file the updated documentation.
- Other duties as requested or delegated by Manager, Director or VP.

What you will bring to this role:

- Technician Diploma with 2-3 years related inspection experience (or post graduate with technical training, 8-10 years related inspection experience).
- Understanding assembly drawings and standards.
- Use of microscope and measuring instruments.
- Good verbal and written communications.
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawing and schematics.
