Are you an experienced QA/QC Manager with Heavy Highway / Heavy Civil construction experience looking to supercharge your career?

Background Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC for Heavy Civil Construction
• Professional License is mandatory
• Experience working on public and private works projects.
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities:

• Assists in creating company standards for quality procedures, including written programs and procedures.
• Assists in developing quality control programs.
• Supervises activities of QA/QC personnel on assigned projects.
• Assists in training/orientation of employees.
• Trains employees in some QA/QC facets.
• Manages QA/QC on assigned projects.
• Develops and trains QA/QC workforce.
• Performs additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
• Performs other duties and services to ensure projects are delivered successfully, and client is satisfied.
