Are you a quality-driven FSQ leader with a passion for dairy manufacturing and a commitment to food safety?

We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to take charge of a 24/7 operation’s food safety and quality programs. In this role, you won’t just manage from the sidelines—you’ll be on the floor, coaching your team, solving problems in real time, and driving standards across the board.

You’ll lead all aspects of the FSQ function—ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, and SQF standards—while building a culture of quality across a high-volume dairy facility. Your work will directly influence product integrity, team performance, and the continued growth of the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and mentor FSQ professionals across multiple shifts and departments
  • Oversee HACCP, FSMA, EMP, GMPs, and all food safety/quality systems
  • Serve as site PCQI and SQF Practitioner
  • Conduct audits, mock recalls, risk assessments, and supplier evaluations
  • Partner with operations, R&D, and supply chain to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage regulatory relationships (FDA, USDA, state agencies) and maintain plant certifications
  • Optimize department resources and identify opportunities for cost savings

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of FSQ leadership in food manufacturing (dairy preferred)
  • Strong command of food safety regulations and audit readiness
  • Bachelor’s in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field
  • SQF Practitioner and PCQI certifications (required or attainable)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
  • Confident, communicative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
