Responsibilities：
  • Manage quality control for automotive accessory parts (illumination components, plastic molded parts, sewn products, etc.)
  • Monitor and improve supplier production quality and manufacturing processes
  • Proactively identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures
  • Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys), and drive corrective actions
  • Prepare and submit problem-solving and corrective action reports (e.g., 8D) to internal teams and customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for OEM customers on quality issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of product defects
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive effective resolution of quality concerns
  • Support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation and related quality requirements as needed
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of quality experience in the automotive industry or plastic injection molding manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
  • Experience in coordinating with and responding to customers or clients.
  • Understanding of problem-solving methodologies (5Why, 8D report, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and accountability
  • Team-oriented and comfortable handling detailed tasksFamiliarity with the Japanese language is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
  • Full-time position, 5 days per week, fully onsite
