We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join a mission-driven organization with a team-based culture. Core duties and responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with developers, products owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify, document, and track work items, ensuring thorough test coverage.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities within Agile environment.
• Conduct functional and regression testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and document user-reported issues, providing clear reproduction steps.
• Assist in writing help documentation and release notes.
  
  

Required skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in application QA with keen eye for detail.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience writing technical QA documentation, help docs, and release notes.
• Hands-on experience with white box and black box testing.
• Solid SQL knowledge and ability to troubleshoot database-related issues.
• Experience working with Agile / Scrum teams and backlog management.

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this position is between $75k and $85k, depending on experience.
