Critical Technical Skills (in order of level of need)

· At least 5 years’ experience in IT

· At least 3 years working on an Agile development team with hands on experience in sprint planning, user stories, acceptance criteria & test case planning

· Hands on experience developing automated test cases

· Experience in multiple IT disciplines (Analysis, Development, and/or Project Management) is a plus

What you’ll be doing

· The Agile Tester represents the testing discipline on an Agile Development Team, or a team that will be transitioning to agile.

· They work with the Developers and BA’s to ensure a quality product is delivered.

· They execute and validate manual and automated test cases based upon user stories or requirements.

· They identify and document defects when performing test execution.
