About the Firm:

A privately held firm servicing the mental supply industry. Long-standing 40 plus year history with a multiple of repeat customer needing this firms attention to detail approach.

Essential Tasks:
  • Communicate with outside service vendors, resolve discrepancies and inquire on delivery times
  • Process and amend purchase orders for outside services
  • Maintain and track outside service spreadsheets
  • Create, enter and maintain jobs in system
  • Review operations of jobs
  • Assist with quarterly job closures
  • Update job historical data
  • Enter new inventory items
  • Support for raw material orders
  • Administration of quarterly and yearly inventory counts
  • Answering reception calls when necessary

Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An asset having Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • 2 to 5 years experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to estimate and meet deadlines in a calm manner
  • Adaptable to work peaks and valleys
  • An outstanding work ethic with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn and be receptive to new tasks quickly
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with vendors, colleagues, and clients
  • Adaptability and a strong attention to detail and a high level of tolerance in an open in-office role
