Seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician to join a thriving hospital-based practice in northern Rhode Island. This full-time role offers immediate patient volume, a collaborative physician-led team, and a balanced work schedule, making it an ideal opportunity for career growth and work-life balance.
Position Highlights & Key Responsibilities:
- Hospital-employed position with both inpatient and outpatient care
- Join an established, physician-led pulmonary/critical care team
- 7 days on / 7 days off schedule for optimal work-life balance
- Manage complex pulmonary and critical care patients in a dynamic hospital setting
- Participate in multidisciplinary care rounds and collaborate with specialists for comprehensive treatment plans
- Engage in procedures, consultations, and patient management for a diverse adult population
- Opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced environment with immediate patient volume
- J-1 and H-1B visa candidates considered
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $360K–$420K
- Productivity-based incentives
