Linke Resources is searching for a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist who will provide direct mobile rehabilitation support and services to adults with mental health challenges in Exton, PA. The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist will help consumers achieve their maximum level of self-sufficiency. In this role, you will provide services in an in-home and community based settings and focus on the development of skills, goal setting, and personal empowerment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide instructions and hands-on support to promote the development of skills.
• Develop and implement service plans
• Develop and maintain linkages to resources within the community
• Provide 24 hour coverage with other staff

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and two years’ work experience in mental health direct service, one year of which must be work experience in PRS. CPRP certification shall be attained within two years from the date of hire as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist.
• Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification preferred

Hours:

• Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-7pm
