- Optimizes workflows for providers, payers, and patients, giving them more time to focus on delivering quality care.
- Utilizes innovative, data-driven solutions to improve the healthcare experience for all stakeholders.
- Identify and secure enterprise-level deals with hospitals and large healthcare providers, focusing on provider data management and scheduling solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders in provider organizations.
- Craft and execute targeted sales strategies that align with provider needs and organizational goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized demonstrations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of the solutions.
- Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulatory changes to effectively position the platform’s solutions.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas in healthcare technology sales.
- Deep understanding of provider operations, scheduling workflows, and care coordination challenges.
- Proven ability to secure C-level client references that validate success in provider sales.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within provider organizations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to take ownership of high-impact opportunities.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with digital transformation and process automation within provider organizations.
- Rolodex of provider contacts is a plus, but not required.
