Job Description
Client Summary:

Position Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure enterprise-level deals with hospitals and large healthcare providers, focusing on provider data management and scheduling solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with C-level executives, clinical leaders, and operational stakeholders in provider organizations.
  • Craft and execute targeted sales strategies that align with provider needs and organizational goals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized demonstrations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of the solutions.
  • Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulatory changes to effectively position the platform’s solutions.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of exceeding quotas in healthcare technology sales.
  • Deep understanding of provider operations, scheduling workflows, and care coordination challenges.
  • Proven ability to secure C-level client references that validate success in provider sales.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within provider organizations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to take ownership of high-impact opportunities.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and process automation within provider organizations.
  • Rolodex of provider contacts is a plus, but not required.
