Position Summary - Property Operations Manager

We are looking for a motivated Property Operations Manager with LEED certification and standards knowledge required. The ideal candidate is ready to hit the ground running and get their hands dirty.

The Property Operations Manager will have a high level of customer service, commercial operations and facilities maintenance knowledge. Duties include oversight of maintenance, landscaping, utility management, waste management, overall facilities management as well as oversight of the engineering department and emergency services. The Property Operation Manager will directly oversee several key leadership and operational positions with major contracts for local and federal agencies’ properties and will serve as key contact and liaison for the company and clients.
