Property Manager

What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure company standards are consistently met
- Manage leasing activities and ensure strong occupancy performance
- Collect, post, and track rent payments using property management software (OneSite)
- Manage delinquency process, including notices, collections, and eviction filings when necessary
- Ensure all LIHTC and affordable housing recertifications are completed accurately and on time
- Review rental applications for accuracy and compliance
- Process lease renewals and support resident retention efforts
- Oversee maintenance work orders and ensure timely resolution of resident requests
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure curb appeal and property standards are maintained
- Review daily reports related to occupancy, vacancies, notices, and collections
- Lead resident relations efforts and community engagement activities
- Support marketing efforts to maintain strong traffic and high occupancy levels (98%–100% target)
- Assist with unit turns, inspections, and file audits
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the community
What We’re Looking For
- LIHTC / Affordable Housing experience REQUIRED
- Proven success managing apartment communities with strong occupancy and collections performance
- Experience with leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies
- Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance, including recertifications and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior property management experience in multifamily housing required
