Job Description

We are partnering with a well-established real estate management firm in Philadelphia seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a historic multifamily portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong operational oversight, leadership, and exceptional resident relations skills.

The ideal candidate has experience managing older or historic buildings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident handling day-to-day property operations, vendor coordination, and resident interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations for a multifamily portfolio in the Philadelphia area
  • Lead and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams
  • Manage resident relations and address escalations with professionalism
  • Coordinate maintenance work orders and vendor activities
  • Partner with leadership and accounting on annual budgets and financial oversight
  • Conduct property inspections, support unit turns, and ensure operational standards are met

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on property management experience
  • Strong background with multifamily or mixed-use assets (historic building experience a plus)
  • Confident handling resident interactions and high walk-in traffic
  • Proficient with property management software (Rent Manager or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $120,000–$125,000 base salary
