Job Description
We are partnering with a well-established real estate management firm in Philadelphia seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a historic multifamily portfolio. This is a high-visibility role that requires strong operational oversight, leadership, and exceptional resident relations skills.
The ideal candidate has experience managing older or historic buildings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident handling day-to-day property operations, vendor coordination, and resident interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations for a multifamily portfolio in the Philadelphia area
- Lead and support on-site leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage resident relations and address escalations with professionalism
- Coordinate maintenance work orders and vendor activities
- Partner with leadership and accounting on annual budgets and financial oversight
- Conduct property inspections, support unit turns, and ensure operational standards are met
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on property management experience
- Strong background with multifamily or mixed-use assets (historic building experience a plus)
- Confident handling resident interactions and high walk-in traffic
- Proficient with property management software (Rent Manager or similar)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- $120,000–$125,000 base salary
