Property Manager
Our client, a well-established commercial real estate firm, is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager. This role is perfect for an individual with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of property management operations.
The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of properties, manage tenant relationships, and ensure that financial and operational goals are met.

Focus:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and vendors to ensure a smooth operational environment.
- Respond to tenant concerns in a timely and effective manner, addressing both urgent and non-urgent issues.
- Oversee Request for Proposals (RFPs), negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance with lease and contract terms.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties meet company standards and operational expectations.
- Prepare and submit detailed site inspection reports to senior leadership.
- Manage capital expenditure projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure the timely completion of safety inspections, maintenance, and repairs across properties.
- Develop and manage annual property budgets, including analysis of monthly cash flows to determine distributions.
- Reconcile operating expenses and invoice tenants accordingly.
- Collaborate with the development and construction teams on tenant-related tasks and documentation compliance.
- Oversee utility management for properties as needed and coordinate related services.
- Participate in the due diligence process during the acquisition or sale of assets, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately.
Skill Set:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a four-year college degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management or a similar role, with a focus on industrial and office properties.
- Must possess an active Arizona real estate license.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and the internal team.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and property management software. Experience with Mac iOS is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
