Due to ongoing growth and internal promotions, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take on a newly created role at a lease-up community in Moorestown, NJ.

Position Overview
This role will oversee a 50/50 luxury market-rate and LIHTC community, leading all day-to-day operations with a strong focus on compliance, leasing performance, and resident experience. The Property Manager must be confident managing LIHTC processes independently, including running files from start to finish.
The community is targeting leasing to begin in late June, with onboarding support provided ahead of the office opening to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a mixed-income (LIHTC + market-rate) community
- Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations and requirements
- Manage certifications and recertifications from start to finish
- Review and approve applicant files for accuracy and audit readiness
- Lead leasing efforts and drive occupancy goals during lease-up
- Maintain strong resident relations and service standards
- Supervise onsite team and foster a collaborative, positive culture
- Partner with regional and corporate leadership on performance goals
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE LIHTC EXPERIENCE
- Proven ability to manage files end-to-end (certifications and compliance)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Property Manager
- Experience with both affordable (LIHTC) and market-rate housing required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident leader who can take full ownership of a community
