What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire your team of Assistant Managers and Resident Service Coordinators to deliver 5-star service.
• Own the Operations – oversee daily property performance, financial health, and compliance.
• Boost Resident Satisfaction by solving problems quickly and creating a great living experience.
• Keep Properties Looking Great with regular inspections and timely project execution.
• Stay on Top of the Numbers – budgets, reporting, and expense control are your playground.
• Be the Go-To Problem Solver for building emergencies and resident concerns.

What You Bring:

• Minimum of 4 year degree required
• 5+ years of property management experience (3+ in a leadership role).
• Proven success in budgeting, compliance, and resident relations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills — you love helping teams succeed.
• Confidence working with property management systems (Yardi, HappyCo a plus).
• A passion for keeping communities safe, beautiful, and running smoothly.
