About the Role

As Property Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations for a LEED Silver-certified, garden-style luxury community featuring high-end amenities and a premier waterfront location. You’ll be responsible for driving lease-up strategy, maximizing occupancy, and delivering an exceptional resident experience while building and leading a high-performing on-site team.

This role is best suited for a confident, self-directed leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and can quickly assess opportunities, implement strategy, and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day property operations, including leasing, financial performance, and team management
• Drive lease-up efforts with a strong focus on occupancy growth and revenue optimization
• Deliver a best-in-class resident experience aligned with a high-end luxury product
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve leasing velocity and NOI
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing on-site team
• Partner closely with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and achieve asset goals
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Property Manager in Class A or luxury multifamily
• Lease-up experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to operate independently and drive results in underperforming or evolving assets
• Strong leasing acumen and a proactive, ownership-minded approach
• Experience in the Florida market required
• Polished, professional presence with a focus on delivering an elevated resident experience
