We are seeking a hands-on Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. This role is responsible for ensuring strong occupancy, resident satisfaction, and overall property performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the community
  • Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident retention
  • Supervise on-site staff including leasing and maintenance
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and reporting
  • Ensure excellent resident relations and service standards

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Florida landlord/tenant regulations preferred
  • Yardi or similar property management software experience
