Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a dynamic leader with at least 5 years of hands-on property management experience to oversee operations, drive results, and create an exceptional living experience for our residents.

This is a key role where you’ll lead a dedicated team, optimize community performance, and make a direct impact on financial success, resident satisfaction, and property excellence.

What You’ll Do

Financial Leadership

  • Develop, plan, and implement the annual budget
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Process invoices and payroll efficiently
  • Drive timely rent collection, manage delinquencies, and oversee eviction process when necessary

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee maintenance requests, apartment turns, move-ins, and move-outs
  • Ensure the community looks its best — inside and out
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and contractors

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate your onsite team
  • Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and foster professional growth
  • Lead by example with a positive, resident-first attitude

Leasing & Marketing

  • Oversee leasing activities and renewals, ensuring high occupancy
  • Analyze market trends and implement effective marketing strategies
  • Conduct outreach with community organizations to strengthen local presence
  • Maintain top-tier curb appeal and resident experience standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of residential property management experience (must include staff supervision and operational responsibility)
  • Proven expertise in collections, delinquency management, and leasing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills — able to build trust with residents and staff
  • Highly organized, analytical, and solutions-focused
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
