Multi-site Property Manager – Luxury Multifamily
Are you an experienced multifamily leader ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a polished, customer-focused manager to oversee a portfolio of Class A luxury apartment communities in the South Amboy, NJ market. This newly created position offers the opportunity to join a growing organization that is investing heavily in its people, properties, and future expansion.
This role is ideal for a high-performing multi-site Property Manager or emerging Regional Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional resident experiences while driving operational and financial performance.
About the Opportunity
The Multi-site Property Manager will oversee approximately 500 luxury apartment homes across two communities, each with its own onsite team, operating budget, and business objectives. One community is nearing the completion of a successful lease-up and will soon transition into a stabilized asset, creating a unique opportunity to gain experience managing both stabilization and long-term operational performance.
As the leader of the portfolio, you will provide guidance, support, and accountability to onsite teams while ensuring the highest standards of customer service, financial management, property operations, and resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for two luxury multifamily communities and their onsite teams
- Drive property performance through strong operational execution, resident satisfaction, and team development
- Manage portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting, GL coding, invoice approvals, and expense control
- Partner with onsite teams to maximize occupancy, rental revenue, and resident retention
- Ensure properties maintain Class A standards for curb appeal, amenities, maintenance, and customer service
- Support and participate in resident events and community engagement initiatives
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve operational and financial results
- Collaborate with company leadership on business planning, growth initiatives, and portfolio performance
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience, including team supervision
- Multi-site management experience strongly preferred; however, candidates with experience managing a large, high-volume luxury community will also be considered
- Proven experience overseeing Class A or luxury apartment communities
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, GL coding, and invoice management
- Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering an elevated resident experience
- Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, teams, and budgets simultaneously
- Active Real Estate License preferred, or willingness to obtain one shortly after hire
- Stable career progression with demonstrated success in prior roles
