Property Claims Adjuster
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Property Claims Adjuster to join our team in Utah. This role is responsible for investigating, negotiating and resolving Property Loss claims, including on site inspections and written estimates of repairs/replacements.
Job Duties:
- Executive high standard of customer service relations
- Conduct investigations of coverage, liability and damages
- On-site inspections and documentation of damages
- Coordinate any repairs or replacements of the damages
- Conduct risk analysis for home safety standards
- Prepare cost estimator
Job Qualifications:
- 3+ years claims handling experience
- 2+ years property loss estimating experience
- Understanding of auto & property damage estimating
- Knowledge of Home & Auto construction
- Familiarity with Insurance policy contracts and coverage
- Understanding of the Utah Unfair Claims Practices Act
