Operating in Ottawa for almost 40 years, our client has built a solid reputation and corporate culture where people enjoy coming to work. Our client has create a team of 60+ people within the office and the executive leadership team is stellar at providing coaching, training and development for their staff as well as opportunity to learn new skills and software. This amazing company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the growing portfolio.

The Role we are seeking is a strong Administrative Assistant who can work with two fantastic and tenured teammates supporting the property management portfolio. Your responsibilities would be to ensure all proper leases and documents are in place, subcontractors are coordinated, expense and budgets are managed and tracked and revenue reports created. You would act as the first point of contact for commercial tenants and help maintain the office coordination for various assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills in MS office and Excel. They will possess great interpersonal skill and be outgoing. They should be willing to help in various areas and be enthusiastic about developing new skills in property administration. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and have strong organizational skills.
