Job Summary:
We are hiring for an Office Claim Representative to handle casualty claims in accordance to company standards. This individual will have a strong technical knowledge of claim handling process.

Job Responsibilities:

Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims as assigned by the Supervisor

Monitor and direct file handling being performed by Independent Adjusters, Appraisers, and Defense Counsel

Report all pertinent information to the Underwriting Department

Experience handling claims in litigation preferred

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 1-5 years of commercial insurance experience, Bachelor’s Degree

Ability to learn industry specific software applications applicable to performance of position responsibilities

Detail oriented, organized and skills with written correspondence
