Position: Project Manager – High-End Custom Homes
Location: Stuart, FL
Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes in the Stuart, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential construction, a commitment to quality, and exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:

    • Manage all aspects of custom home construction, from pre-construction to project closeout.
    • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Client & Team Collaboration:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
    • Maintain excellent communication to align on vision, expectations, and updates.

  • Construction Management:

    • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and high-quality standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges.

  • Budgeting & Scheduling:

    • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.
    • Track expenses and adjust plans as necessary to meet financial goals.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Utilize construction management software to maintain accurate records of project progress, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing high-end custom home construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:
