💵 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 DOE

  • Generous Bonus Program: 20% - 30% annually

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of wastewater treatment and underground utility projects ranging from $5M - $50M.

  • Manage project teams, including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, focusing on cost control, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Provide complete project oversight from pre-construction through completion, ensuring profitability and exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Lead the coordination of excavation, yard piping, concrete structures, mechanical installations, and process piping to meet project specifications and timelines.

✅ Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in wastewater treatment facility construction.

  • 5+ years in a leadership role as a Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer within water treatment facility projects.

  • Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave, focusing on large-scale wastewater treatment plants.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering preferred (U.S. degree highly valued).

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid Green Card (No visa sponsorship available).

  • Strong tenure with previous employers, demonstrating stability and commitment.
