We are partnering with a leading Self-Perform General Contractor in southeastern Wisconsin to hire a Project Manager for their growing Masonry & Concrete division. This role is critical in managing projects in collaboration with outside General Contractors, acting as a key liaison between field operations and ownership.

About the Role

The Project Manager will oversee concrete and masonry construction projects, working directly with GC partners and project owners. You’ll manage project execution, represent the company in meetings, and drive results across budget, schedule, and quality standards.

This position is best suited for someone with strong masonry experience, a network in the Milwaukee construction market, and an entrepreneurial mindset—there is future potential for divisional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day project management for masonry and concrete work.

  • Collaborate with outside General Contractors and attend owner meetings.

  • Manage scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation.

  • Resolve jobsite challenges and ensure safety and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and field leadership to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial masonry and/or concrete projects.

  • Experience with a Self-Perform GC strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity working with outside General Contractors and client representatives.

  • Strong presence in the Milwaukee construction market.

  • Business-minded with interest in divisional growth and leadership.

  • Skilled in construction scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
