Project Manager

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing Dayton, OH construction company to help them search and qualify candidates for their Project Manager/Estimator position. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

• Managing all assigned projects
• The ability to estimate projects
• Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
• Providing attention to detail and organizational skills

A successful candidate will possess the following:

• Must have 5+ years of experience as an project manager or estimator
• Experience with projects in commercial and federal construction
• Experience working with hard bids
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-20 million

Salary Range: $110-140K
