Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and manage multiple construction projects large and small
• Remodel experience a plus
• On site supervision of commercial and residential construction projects Direct and lead sub contractors and employees
• Manage schedules to meet deadlines
• Maintain required project documentation
• Work with architects, engineers, and designers

• Previous experience in running commercial and residential projects
• Strong supervisory skills
