Project Manager
A well-established commercial general contractor, recognized among the ENR Top 400 Contractors, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Atlanta-based team. This position focuses on ground-up hospitality/hotel construction and offers a long-term opportunity with a firm that values team collaboration, flexibility, and strong leadership.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (required).

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Direct experience managing hotel or hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience

Bonus Program: Annual bonuses based on both individual and company performance
