Job Description
- TASKS
The resource must perform the following tasks under this Task Authorization:
5.1 Submit consolidated CAF Visit Clearance Requests (VCRs) for all participants involved in CJWC experimentation activities;
5.2 Implement, promulgate and maintain experimentation work plans, initiatives, projects, working groups, conferences and activities;
5.3 Plan, coordinate and develop the revision, implementation, and publication of various experiment and project documents, such as Operations Orders; Master Event List or Master Inject List; Exercise Control Matrix; Personnel; Research and Development [or Operational Research]; Infrastructure; Concepts, Doctrine and Training; Information Technology (IT); and Equipment, Supplies & Services;
5.4 Plan and coordinate services of CJWC experimentation and project activities or events both from an international and national perspective such as, but not limited to:
5.4.1 Agile Pan-Domain Command and Control Experiment Endeavour (APCCXe);
5.4.2 Joint Arctic Experiment (JAE);
5.4.3 Coalition Warrior Interoperability eXploration, eXperimentation, eXamination, eXercise (CWIX);
5.4.4 Bold Quest coalition demonstrator (BQ);
5.4.5 Unified Vision JISR trials (UV); and
5.4.6 Responsive Limited Experiments (RLeX);
5.5 Draft related correspondence;
5.6 Upload and maintain an electronic repository of all CJWC experimentation related products;
5.7 Facilitate CJWC experiment design, execution, Capability Demonstrations and Assessments (CDA), Working Groups, site surveys, and planning telephone conferences;
5.8 Develop staff products in support of CJWC Joint Experimentation;
5.9 Produce trip reports and/or summaries for execution events, CWGs, site surveys, and planning telecoms, and distribute to all stakeholders and pertinent POCs; and
5.10 Provide a monthly activity report that summarizes all activities and deliverables for the month.
