An established general contractor in the Washington, DC metro is looking for a Project Manager to own project execution on commercial and institutional construction projects, reporting to a Project Executive.

What You'd Be Doing

• Project Execution: staffing plan, job site administration, subcontractor/supplier procurement, quality and coordination oversight, issue resolution, job site safety and security, on-time material delivery
• Schedule Management: develops, monitors, and updates the project schedule; oversees subcontractor schedules
• Cost Control: establishes and manages the project cost control system, monitors budget adherence, approves subcontractor payments, submits invoices
• Communications: maintains relationships with the Owner, design professionals, and subcontractors; manages project information systems; communicates schedule and cost status to leadership

What They're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 base + auto allowance
