Project Manager

Seeking a Project Manager to lead client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing program execution within a healthcare services environment. This role serves as the primary operational contact post-launch and partners cross-functionally to ensure successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client onboarding and implementation with sales and operations

• Manage day-to-day execution of client programs post-contract

• Serve as primary operational client contact

• Translate client needs into internal workflows

• Identify risks and support scope validation

• Coordinate across logistics, field services, and operations teams

• Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years project management, client operations, or customer success experience

• Healthcare, diagnostics, logistics, or service industry experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• CRM / Salesforce experience preferred
