Primary responsibilities of the job include:

Seeking PM experience with public works, fire stations, police stations, and municipal buildings
Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
Must have experience with projects from $1-10 million in size
Must have at least 10 years’ experience
Ground up experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Successfully completing projects on time and on budget

A successful candidate will possess the following:

A 4-year degree in Construction or Engineering
Direct experience in preferred fields
Previous experience running projects up to $10 million
A desire to do things right the first time
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Understanding of shop drawings
Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Public Works experience required

Salary Range: $100-125K
