Job Description:
This role requires an experienced, adaptable, and team-oriented Project Manager capable of leading high-end custom home builds, particularly in mountain or Denver-based locations. Key Expectations & Requirements:

Experience & Technical Skills: 8–10+ years in custom residential construction (no C-tier or volume builders), ability to read plans/shop drawings, proficiency in software like Bluebeam and Buildertrend/Procore.

Location Considerations: Non-local candidates must demonstrate understanding of mountain living and cost of living; Denver-based PMs must be open to mountain or Denver projects.

Communication & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills to manage high-end clients, subs, and design teams with professionalism and leadership.

Interview Process & Compensation:

3-stage interview: initial with hiring manager, followed by team interview, and a jobsite walk.

Compensation includes $100K–$150K salary (DOE), 10% bonus potential, full medical, 401k match, potential vehicle/gas card, phone/computer stipends, and immediate vacation eligibility.
