Essential qualifications:

Our client is searching for a Junior Project Manager with a minimum of (2) years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical technical ability (relationship-building/problem-solving/research skills, etc.). In addition, the preferred candidate will be self-motivated, eager to contribute/learn, bring a strong sense of initiative, and have an exceptional work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Application of strong knowledge of business processes to identify business issues and opportunities
  • Assisting with blueprinting and design sessions to gather functional requirements and define new business processes to be implemented
  • Managing and overseeing the design and development of customized reports, utilizing technical resources and other tools
  • Designing and development of interfaces and conversion programs to/from existing legacy systems
  • Conducting knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
  • Understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Experience with waterfall or Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle
  • Project team experience with consulting firm or consulting internship
