  • Project Management Experience (3+ years)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (7+ years)
  • Excellent communication, reporting (3+ years)
  • Exposure NPDL (New Product Design Launch)
  • PMP Certified
  • familiarity Compliance and Standards (CE, Emark, and SAE)

  • Microsoft Suite

  • Bachelor in Engineering preferred

You will be part of a global organization which has locations in almost every continent. They supply the worlds leading heavy machinery and construction equipment manufacturers with Electrical and HVAC components.

Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Monthly P&L review and developing a monthly budget
  • Ensure projects comply with ISO standards
  • Monitor the performance of vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Partake in weekly management meetings and update on project status
  • Achieving the financial goals and tracking each milestone through the lifecycle of the program
  • Communicating with stakeholders daily updating all the significant aspects of the upcoming projects
  • Addressing any conflicting priorities amongst project managers
  • Coordinating the launch of new products smoothly across the entire organization, to all facilities globally.
  • performing project kickoff, maintaining timelines and proper communication during the inception of a new project
  • KPI need to be created, maintained and tracked for NPDL management group
  • Developing and executing the project management system, making sure they are completed within schedule and budget while meeting performance requirements.
