About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a privately held U.S. manufacturer with more than 40 years of experience producing highly customized components for OEMs worldwide. Their products support industries including security inspection, food inspection, and NDT. This Project Manager role is a newly created position driven by growth. It offers the chance to step into a visible role supporting both sales and engineering while helping bring new products and improvements to life.

What You’ll Do
- You’ll manage timelines and schedules for new product development, product improvements, and continuous improvement projects.
- Track progress, provide updates to the sales team, and support customer presentations.
- Assist with technical documentation and project submissions.
- Work across sales, engineering, and production to keep projects moving and aligned.

Who You Are
You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across technical and commercial teams. You know how to keep projects on track, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities without losing momentum. This role fits someone who enjoys structure, collaboration, and being at the center of moving projects forward.

Preferred Experience & Attributes
- Experience in project management within a related technical or manufacturing environment.
- Background supporting both sales and engineering teams.
- Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and timeline management.
- Comfort working with engineering documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field preferred.
