Qualifications

5+ years’ experience working with earthworks, underground wet utilities, heavy highway.

• 2+ years’ experience working in a Project Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• Experience working for a contractor.
• MS Excel and HCSS exxperience are strongly desired.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing public and private works paving and grading projects, that include Caltrans projects.
• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project’s lifecycle (from development and initiation to close-out).
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the entire project life cycle and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule.
• Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate, adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agree to budget and schedule.
• Maintain customer relationships.
